Monroe resident and Old Mill Center Board member Bruce Ashenbrenner offered heartfelt thoughts about the new Relief Nursery, and why it’s such an important milestone for early education in south Benton County.
The keynote address was given by Anne Schuster, former Benton County Commissioner and Oregon Community Foundation volunteer.
Our Executive Director Bettina Schempf cut the ribbon, gave a tour, and thanked the many foundations and community members for their generous support – which turned the Monroe Relief Nursery from vision into reality.
We’re so excited to serve the kids and families of south Benton County from our new classroom!
You can still support Joey and his mom...
There’s still time to make your year-end donation for kids like Joey. He was born addicted to drugs, but today, he's thriving today because of generous donors like you!
