Stay Connected, Stay Learning! | ¡Sigue Conectado, Sigue Aprendiendo!
COMMUNITY! When we think of a community, we think of a group of people having many things in common. Our Chesapeake College community is made up of five different counties: Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot. As a community, we share a sense of place, and we have similar needs and beliefs. The value of education
is one of those beliefs. At Chesapeake College, we are committed to providing our ESL/ABE students with the best possible framework to meet their learning needs. We want to develop relationships that extend beyond the limits of our geographical community.

  • Washing our hands often
  • Wearing a mask
  • Social distancing
  • Getting tested for COVID-19

Each county has designated COVID-19 testing centers. For more information on your county test sites go to:

Your county has COVID-19 vaccines! Vaccinations are available by priority phases (groups). Registration is required for appointments. For more information on the 5 priority phases, the vaccines available, and where to get your vaccination go to
Maryland has 5 priority phases, phase 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, and 3. The general population (ages 16-64) is in priority phase 3. You can also call your county health department for additional information. Let’s keep our community safe.
