New Lounge Area at RSC Complex
Looking for a spot to host your team party or cookout this fall? Our outdoor lounge area at the RSC Complex is available for teams to use, complete with a grill and fridge! Your coach must be present for any gatherings that extend beyond training hours to help lock-up. To reserve a day and time, contact kharrison@rscsoccer.org. Parents are also welcome to use the lounge area to hang out during practices!

It was an exciting week of team bonding, skill-building, and Club spirit, capped off by one of our favorite traditions — the World Cup! Lightning Cup Volunteers Needed
The 12th Annual Lightning Cup will take place Sept. 5-7 at MSSC and Borden Park. This year is our biggest event yet, with hundreds of teams from across Michigan, Ohio and Canada. Thank you for being part of what promises to be an exciting weekend of competition! If you are interested in being a volunteer, contact kharrison@rscsoccer.org. This is a great opportunity for high school students in need of service hours.

ACL Injury Prevention
Did you know female athletes ages 13-18 are four to six times more likely to suffer ACL tears than males? We're taking action to help our players stay healthy, strong, and ready to play by embedding the FIFA 11+ Injury Prevention Warm-Up Program into every training session to reduce injury risk. Additionally, we have partnered with Athletic Republic for an optional, ACL-specific strength & performance program. Girls teams ages 13+, check your email for specific details about Athletic Republic's special offer exclusive to our Michigan Stars girls players.
