Eight pages. Forty gifts. Thousands of lives changed.

This year’s World of Gifts highlights the bright ideas and innovation of our partners. From clean water and eco-toilets to egg incubators and honey bees, you can support projects that improve local health, care for creation and provide opportunities for people to become more economically stable.

Thanks to a generous donor, all gifts will be matched up to $100,000!

Across the country, people have received the World of Gifts guide in the October Anglican Journal. Didn't get yours yet? Not to worry, you can review the guide here.

Every year, our donors give approximately $400,000-$450,000 to the World of Gifts campaign. You can “buy” gifts to support our partners, or why not give a meaningful gift in honour of a loved one? Simply check off the box on the order form to receive a physical card that you can fill in and deliver.

What about postal interruptions?

When ordering online, you can indicate whether you’d like to receive a physical card (to be mailed after the postal strike ends), or send an ecard directly to the recipient. You can also download the gifts cards to print at home and hand deliver them to the people on your Christmas list.

Parishes also love the World of Gifts!

Sunday Schools, ACWs and outreach committees often choose a specific gift item to support and turn it into a group project. Check out this year’s “Big Ticket Items” — a power generator in Cuba ($1,000), a shallow well in Kenya ($3,000) and an eco-smart cow shed in Kenya ($6,800). But there are also many items under $50. No gift is too small. All support is appreciated.

With each of these 40 items, you’re showing your commitment to Alongside Hope’s mission to build a truly just, healthy and peaceful world.
