Toledo Chamber New Members: March 2022

April has come, and spring alongside it! Whether you're a baseball fan ready for the Toledo Mud Hens' opening day, gearing up for our Annual Meeting presented by Fifth Third Bank in just a month or preparing to meet our legislators during our Capitol Conversations in Columbus event after that, we look forward to seeing you around our region and state. Before we discuss what we have planned for the coming weeks, however, let's take a look back at our newest members who joined the Chamber in March 2022!

Your Feedback Matters: TARTA Next Service Scenarios Survey

The TARTA Next project has the potential to transform how your employees get to work, the talent pool open to you, and your access to new clientele and customers. As a follow up to our March FOCUS|2022 presented by KeyBank event with TARTA CEO Laura Koprowski, please take the time to share your feedback with TARTA.

The purpose of TARTA Next is to evaluate existing transit services in the Toledo area and develop a visionary plan that will guide TARTA service over the coming years. For more information on the project, visit www.tartanext.com.

Small Business Development Class: Kick-Start Your Business

04.06 – Gain the knowledge you need to kick-start your business venture. Led by the Small Business Development Services team, this free event provides insight into choosing the right entity as well as preparation when it comes to start-up mistakes and operations.

The Small Business Development Center provides one-on-one counseling centered on the business planning process, including financing, market research, marketing strategies, and management and cash flow analysis.

FOCUS|2022 presented by KeyBank

04.19 – During this FOCUS|2022 presented by KeyBank event, Executive Director Stuart James will discuss his plans for The Ability Center and his vision for northwest Ohio. Attendees can also expect FOCUS lunch mainstays, including updates from the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, Regional Growth Partnership and Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority; networking with other business leaders and like-minded community members; and a delicious lunch provided by the Toledo Museum of Art.

2022 Annual Meeting presented by Fifth Third Bank

05.03 – Join us on May 3, 2022 at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Meeting presented by Fifth Third Bank as author and international speaker Ridgely Goldsborough delivers our keynote address. Ridgely will help leaders strengthen their ability to attract and retain employees by understanding and leveraging the power of Authentic Messaging and the use of their WHY in their messaging. Participants will leave with specific tools, templates and formulas, as well as the clarity of how to use them in all of their marketing immediately after the session, with both their existing team members and new prospects.
