NVA Compassion-First specialty and emergency hospitals attract top minds on the forefront of veterinary medicine from across the country. In efforts to propel medical advancement and lead an inspiring environment of professional development for this exceptional community, we created the Medical Director's Advancement council (MDAC). 
The MDAC brings together the medical leadership from each of our 90+ hospitals across the nation and focuses on professional collaboration, positioning on current events in the veterinary community, and defining the medical path for NVA Compassion-First.

We're proud to announce the members of the inaugural NVA Compassion-First Specialty Advisory Board (SAB).

The Specialty Advisory Board is comprised of medical leaders representing all areas of expertise across the NVA Compassion-First community and is dedicated to supporting operations, recruiting, and retention efforts as well as driving medical innovation. 
The NVA Compassion-First Recruiting Team Had A 'Grand Ole' Time in Nashville for IVECCS 2021
The NVA Compassion-First recruiting team joined the nearly 2,400 attendees in Nashville, Tennessee for the IVECCS 2021 conference in September. This was the first in-person event the team has attended since 2019!

Recruiting and hiring remain an industry-wide challenge, but between a job fair, exhibit hall hours, and a very special Sunday evening event, the team engaged with over 900 attendees looking to take their career to the next level.

Specialty, emergency, general practice and management recruitment efforts were all a focus during the 5-day conference.

⭐️AETC has 35 team members, including 5 doctors, and offers a range of specialties and services including: Echocardiology, Endoscopy, In-House Laboratory, Radiology, and more

⭐️ AETC was founded in 1993 in a 2,400 sq. ft. facility. Through collaborative efforts with NVA Compassion-First, AETC will soon expand the hospital's space fivefold to 12,500 sq. ft.

⭐️ The additional room allows AETC to add specialties including surgery and internal medicine

⭐️ The new facility also has the space for advanced equipment, including CT scanners

⭐️ AETC’s new site is located in a high-growth area featuring a medical building, community college and hotel
