April highlights at the library
Each April, Carlsbad Reads Together brings the community together through the shared experience of reading. Families, teens and adults are invited to participate by reading selections chosen for different age groups and joining programs throughout the month.
| | |
This year's adult selection is the 2023 Pulitzer Prize winner "Stay True" by Hua Hsu. This coming-of-age memoir is set in Northern California in the 1990s and explores themes of friendship, self-expression, belonging and loss.
Readers can reserve a copy from the Carlsbad City Library - available in book, eBook or eAudiobook formats.
Carlsbad Reads Together is generously supported by the Friends of the Carlsbad Library.
