Well this summer has certainly been a whirlwind in real estate -- despite the seeming unending pandemic, we have seen an unprecedented surge of buyers and homes are selling fast, often with multiple offers. Even our ultra-high end market, which had been nearly dead for years, has seen significantly increased traffic in June and July. Nationwide, showable listings are down 23%, and regionally showings have increased 40% per listing over where they were last year, on average.

There is a lot to do to get your home ready to be embraced by the market -- from decluttering and staging to deep cleaning and readying for professional photos.
