What's New in Real Estate - February 2020
Greetings!
I'm hoping you are enjoying this warmer "winter" we are having and are looking forward to the early spring promised by Punxsutawny Phil! It appears our real estate market is in line with Phil's predictions as homes are starting to move quickly! As you start your spring projects, if you need any referrals for service providers, feel free to reach out to me. I am constantly collecting names from clients and friends who have had good experiences and am happy to share the names with you! If you have worked with someone you have just loved, feel free to send along their contact information and I will add them to my database! And as always, if you or someone you know is thinking of a move this year, now is a great time to reach out to me to start getting your ducks in a row for the spring market!

As I move toward my 21st anniversary in real estate on February 14, I am, as always, grateful to all of you, my clients and friends, for your support of my business all these years! Thank you for thinking of me when you think of real estate!
With appreciation,
