As a Park Lover member, you're invited to a special evening under the stars to celebrate your support for Joshua Tree National Park!
Set against the stunning backdrop of Cap Rock, this exclusive gathering will feature Dr. Gary Blackwood, recently retired from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the 2025 Lou Harrison House Residency Fellow. Dr. Blackwood will guide us on an informative and entertaining laser tour of the night sky. As twilight deepens and the nearly full Hunter’s Moon rises over the boulders, we’ll connect the celestial with the earthly beauty of Joshua Tree.
The evening will include:
- A night sky tour and cosmic discussion with Dr. Gary Blackwood
