Traditional Worship Service Opportunities for Enhancement and Improvement
Goal: The goal is to assess aspects of the current traditional worship service style and highlight opportunities to enhance and/or improve this service.
Action Plan
We want to hear from each member regarding your experiences in this Traditional style service. What are your suggestions for enhancing and/or improving this service. Your feedback is critical as we plan for church growth. We need to have your feedback in order to plan effectively.
On the 2nd of November, you are being asked to stay from 9:30 to 10:00 AM to give your feedback. This will be a very short meeting in which you will answer three questions. Your responses will be written on a chart. The committee will review these responses, type them, and share the feedback with you. The three questions are as follows: (1) After thinking about our accomplishments in the last two years, What is the Traditional Service style providing you NOW? (2) Where could or should the Traditional Service be Going?, and (3) What Do We Need to Do to Enhance or Improve our Traditional Service?
Your feedback is critical for planning our next steps. The committee does not want to plan what we think you may want. We need you to tell us what is needed. Please give some thought to these three questions and please, please stay on November 2 from 9:30 to 10:00 AM to give us your feedback.
