Another Successful Fall Expo

The Fall Expo was a tremendous success, and we owe it all to our wonderful community of Chamber Member business participants, sponsors, and attendees. We want to express our deep appreciation to everyone who attended the event. Your presence, curiosity, and engagement added vibrancy to the event and your willingness to explore local businesses and connect with your community is what makes events like these so special. Thank you ALL for your unwavering participation and support. Let's continue to strengthen our community by shopping local, joining the chamber, and gear up for an exciting Spring Expo that promises to be even more outstanding. We look forward to seeing you there! (Check out our Facebook Page to see the Expo Photo Album)

Try Local First

If you're curious about the world of guide dogs, their training, and the life-changing impact they have on the visually impaired, now is your chance to explore. Our event promises an informative and engaging experience where you can meet guide dogs, learn about the services, and ask questions. Guide Dogs for the Blind (GDB) is an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. These amazing dogs are trained to serve as the eyes and support system for their handlers, enabling them to navigate the world with increased independence and confidence. Mark your calendars for 11/28/23 and register here.

Friday AM – Annual Membership Meeting – Time to Vote

Be sure to mark your calendars for this week’s AM, if you haven’t already. It is our Annual Membership Meeting at the Salvation Army where you will also be able to cast your vote for new Board Members. In addition to that, it is a great networking opportunity and a wonderful way to connect with current members and meet new faces in the community.

Taste Oregon’s Most Iconic Ingredients

Celebrated chefs dish up the state’s bounty year-round.

Portland is widely regarded as one of America’s greatest food cities, but that’s due in large part to what lies beyond city limits: Oregon’s farm-fresh abundance.

Home to evergreen forests, arid deserts, snowy peaks, grassy prairies, rocky coastlines and almost every ecosystem in between, this sprawling state is a wonderland of potential ingredients. Our bounty — from grass-fed beef in Eastern Oregon to sweet Dungeness crab harvested from beds of eelgrass off the Coast —feeds an ever-evolving and growing dining scene, permanently enshrining its place amongst the upper echelons of culinary destinations.
