During this past month of giving thanks, we wanted to make sure we took a second to thank YOU, our donors, for all you have done to impact patient care in this community. We could not support our caregivers, our community, or our hospital in the ways we have been able to if, it wasn't for your commitment to McLaren Greater Lansing Foundation.

Thanks to your support of our virtual day of giving, Cocktails for a Cause event and #GivingTuesday we have raised over $40,000 for Karmanos Cancer Institute at McLaren Greater Lansing. We were honored to receive a phone call from an MGL Caregiver wanting to honor her mom's life by giving back to the kids who walk through the doors of our Family Medicine Resident Clinic (FMRC). They donated over 100 of these snuggly Brower Buddies.

The FMRC allows residents to be better learners and to provide care for the underinsured and uninsured in our community. Designed to make it easier for patients and their families to access medical services in the Lansing community, the FMRC serves as a valuable health care resource, offering high-quality clinical care.

Thanks to a generous donation from Shaheen Cadillac and Shaheen Chevrolet patients will have an easier time getting from their parking spot to our hospital's front door. We are so thankful to our community partners for being willing to consider our patients' needs and find ways to help. Thank you Shaheen Cadillac and Shaheen Chevrolet!
