Historical context survey

The City is conducting a historic resources survey to identify important themes in the city's past growth and development.

The deadline to share comments is Thursday, April 7. Historic resources include areas, buildings, and natural features. In order to understand the historic significance of an area, a historic context statement is prepared. This provides the appropriate historic, social, and architectural context so the relationship between the city’s built environment and its history can be established.

Visit www.historicventura.com to view or comment on the draft historic context statement.
