After graduation, Max, attended Penn State University and studied aerospace engineering, while participating in the United Stated Air Force ROTC since freshman year. In college, Max quickly took charge of his destiny and used the skills he learned at Hill Top to support his leadership goals. In his spare time, he was also a member of Penn State’s ski team.
Max’s efforts and talents did not go unnoticed and he was offered a pilot slot during his senior year. In a disappointing turn, testing uncovered an optical condition that prevents him from flying. Still determined, Max graduated Penn State in 2017 with a degree in aeronautical engineering and continues to serve our country recently promoted to First Lieutenant United States Air Force.
Max is current working on missile testing and development and expects to be deployed this spring. His next goal is to pursue a Ph.D. and we at Hill Top have no doubt he will achieve that goal.
