We are excited to announce that for the first time in several years we will be hosting a 300hr Professional Yoga Teacher Training again!

👉🏾 Please join Gerhard for an Info Session next Sunday, May 5th, following his 10am class and find out all about this 6-months program for certified teachers leading to the RYT500 certification. We invite both seasoned teachers as well as recent graduates of a 200hr YTT.

✨The Art of Touch ~ Adjustment Workshop for Teachers

~ Open to 200hr & 500hr certified teachers ~ 

Refine your teaching skills and learn how you can better meet the needs of your students!

This interactive workshop is designed for certified Yoga teachers looking to learn & review why, when and how to make safe & effective adjustments when teaching Yoga.

We will cover important verbal adjustments and alternative cueing, the majority of the workshop will focus on physical adjustments. The physical adjustment portion will not only reinforce proper physical alignment, but they will give you the tools on how to take your students, beginner and advanced, deeper into poses while increasing body awareness.

Through partner work and Contact Yoga, each student will have the opportunity to observe, receive and give adjustments leaving with the tools to assist students with skill and confidence.

Fee: $45 by May 1st; $55 thereafter
