From Carmela Tufano:
Rich will need arthroectmy which means that the main artery in the back of the heart is 95% blocked. The doctors will try to drill through and put a Stent in. If it doesn't work, he will need bypass surgery. His kidney function is off and they have to get them in the right place and the pressure in his heart is very high and they need to get it within normal range. Please continue to pray for him and my family. He will probably be undergoing this within a couple of weeks.
