Highlights from Seattle's French Fest
A Celebration of French-Speaking Cultures
On March 24th, we joined our community partners and the public at the Seattle Center Armory to celebrate Francophonie through music, dance, food, and more!
A big thank you to everyone who attended French Fest 2019! This year, we were exceedingly lucky to partner with the Canadian Consulate and welcome Frédéric Choinière ( above, left, with FACC-PNW Executive Director Jack Cowan ) as our distinguished MC. We were also visited by Emmanual Lebrun-Damiens, the Consul General of France in San Francisco ( above, right ), and treated to exciting performances from Gansango African Dance Company and many wonderful Francophone choirs and bands. Read more about these fun events (including how much food we served and updates on contest winners) on the French Fest Facebook Page .

We are immensely grateful to everyone who helped to make this event such a holistic success. From our sponsors, to our community partners and volunteers, we couldn't have done it without you!

Did you know that French Fest is just one of many cultural festivals in the Seattle Center's Festál series? Keep an eye out for other Festál events year-round, and mark your calendars: French Fest 2020 will be on March 22!
