Begin anew. A journaling practice brings with it a clean slate. Each time you sit down to write you enlist beginner’s mind and are offered a fresh start on the blank page in front of you. Regardless of what lays behind you can remember that Great Spirit writes your life and offers new opportunities, insights, and meaningful reflection.
Spiritual Journaling invites spiritual awakening, a respite for weary times, and a place to hold wishes and dreams. Putting pen to paper your thoughts glide out of you and onto the page. Slowing down to write you connect with yourself, The All That is Holy, and with something deep within you. “
During this enriching workshop you will explore the art of journaling and begin to see what is possible for the new year. Opportunities for new discoveries and awareness around what is important to you will reveal themselves as you move through the day’s exercises and interactions. The day will include silence, reflection, inspirational journaling techniques, and small and large group sharing. New and seasoned journalers will enjoy a day steeped in this beautiful, insightful practice.

Doorways, Portals & Prayers
Stepping through Thresholds into the New

Opening. Closing. Knocking. Locking. What is happening with the doorway of your heart? As a seeker, do you notice when one door is opening and another is closing? Do you pay attention when standing at a threshold, resting in the liminal experience of in-betweeness? Are there doors drawing your attention and inviting you into something unknown?
Come allow the sacred art of collage, suffused with silent reflection, to reveal insights and next steps; invite spirit to guide you and help you see and hear answers.
Together we will enjoy a day of creative curiosity infused with spiritual meaning and prayers. Most of our time together will be spent in silent, contemplative art-making; small and large group discussion will start and end our day.

Isn't it amazing that we can tap into the messages our psyche offers us through our creative expression? By connecting with your art and self-expression and spending time to deeply "see it" and "listen to it", insightful revelations can be obtained.
Do you ever wonder what your art and creations are trying to tell you? Do particular images, marks, or shapes seem to recur? Why? Do you feel the door/doorway you recently made has more to reveal?
Come receive answers to these questions and more. Open yourself to a world of possibility and inquiry.
On Sunday, February 11, 2024 you have an opportunity to walk further through your doorway to uncover deeper meaning and identify personal truths relevant to what is going on in your life now.

Come find out from the comfort of your home! You will spend 90 minutes with me and our select group on Zoom.

For the majority of this zoom event you will be going inward. No need to be a talking head on a screen or watch talking heads during this very personal, introspective time. I will be offering a guided visualization, journal prompts and inquiry surrounding your door. I will present a powerpoint you can watch, or simply listen to. So, pull up a comfy armchair and a cup of tea, bring your door, sit back and relax, all you need to do is listen and respond with your door in your journal. There will be optional time to breakout into groups and screen share your door if you would like*.
If you've been to other doorway workshops, feel free to bring whichever door you want to work with!

The SoulCollage® Process is a rich exploration of your inner wisdom, using a deck of cards created by you. Coupled with a variety of expressive arts exercises (journaling, movement, sounding, etc.) you gain insight and awareness.
SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage process that is fun, creative, inspirational and awakens us in unexpected ways by providing meaningful "Aha!" moments that capture new ideas, thoughts and connections relevant to our life.
This workshop engages you in the SoulCollage® Method.
The 2-Day Play Series includes

What is an Intuitive Card Reading?
- "Intuitive Card Readings" are readings in which I work with the cards and my intuition to hear what they are saying through me, for you, and you, at the end of the reading, use your intuition to listen for additional clarity and insight.
- You select a deck to work with from a variety of card decks to choose from (oracle cards or tarot cards)
