Coupon Requirements

• Graphics are optional but encouraged. If provided, any size and format is fine.

• Submit only one coupon for use by all associations. Please do not mention particular association names on the coupon or in the coupon code.

• Coupons must include a discount or promotion. Coupons are often for free or discounted setup, cash discounts (e.g., $50 off a $250 order), free spec samples, EQP, NQP, sample kit discounts, and freight discounts.

• Coupon usage restrictions, if any, should be specified on the coupon. Common restrictions include: “limit one offer per salesperson”, “must reference code on purchase order”, “not valid with other offers or promotions”, etc.
