Dream For All Program

CA First Time Home Buyer Program Launched

The unprecedented California Dream For All program provides homebuyers with financial assistance equal to 20% of a home’s purchase price.

Some details:

The program offers first-time homebuyers in California a shared appreciation loan of up to 20% of the cost of the home.
Once the homebuyer sells their home at a later date, they would be required to pay back the 20% assistance, plus 20% of the home’s appreciation.
Orange County max income to qualify is $235,000 per year and max home price is just over $1 million.
Must be for the buyer's primary residence.
First time home buyer can also be defined as someone who has not been on title within the past 3 years.
Private lenders get certified in order to offer the program.
This will provide assistance for an estimated 2,300 homebuyers in California!

Rivian Hub Breaks Ground At

Laguna Beach Cinemas

The electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian has officially broken ground on the Laguna South Coast Theater project. The Laguna Beach building originally opened in 1934. It served as a stage for Vaudeville performances, and later a movie theater. The theater is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

After 7 years of vacancy, it will now be transformed into a gathering space for the community — where people can connect, relax, attend workshops and learn about all things Rivian. The Hub offers an open courtyard, shaded gardens and a curated library. There will also be Rivian vehicles and adventure gear on display so visitors can experience the products up close.
