We miss you! We hope this email finds you all safe and healthy. While trying not to bombard your inbox we are trying to keep you as up to date on information as we can
. We also want to
share some things we’ve been working on to help keep you Active At Home!
Washington State required us to close our doors as of March 16, 2020. The
Stay Home, Stay Healthy
order re-addressed on April 3, 2020 by Gov. Inslee requires CBRC to remain closed. The latest extension would allow us to reopen May 5, 2020. We know this could be a moving target as things will be re-evaluated by the Governor based on the state of the public health conditions.
As previously stated, please note that April membership dues have been adjusted to run at 50% of normal dues to credit for being closed March 17 - 31, 2020. House charges will come out as regularly scheduled. Ancillary monthly charges such as Kid's Club, Locker Rentals, Ball Machine Rental, Alloy will also be billed at 50% of regular rate in April. Balanced Habits and Personal training monthly contracts will be extended one month. Late fees will be waived. Pre-paid swim lessons and tennis lessons will be compensated through make up lessons once we have reopened.
To compensate for CBRC being closed in April we will
be billing you in May. If your account is paid in full for the year, your membership will be extended for the amount of time we have been closed.
We will address future lost days past May 1, 2020 as we have more information on the state of reopening.
This storm will pass and we look forward to welcoming you back as part of our CBRC family. Please be assured we will keep you informed regularly of any updates and pertinent information. Again we thank you for your loyalty and patience. We wish you health and peace of mind, and plan to see you soon!
In good health,
Your CBRC Ownership & Management Staff
