As part of your annual renewal, kinesiologists registered in the General Class must submit proof of valid Professional Liability Insurance.

Kinesiologist Core Competency Profile update

To date, key industry leaders, CKO professionals, Ontario educators have been engaged to review and provide feedback on the competency profile. All CKO registrants will be invited to participate in an online survey to provide feedback on the proposed updates to the competency profile.

CKO is launching our new Quality Assurance initiative, Peer Circles, this fall. As a voluntary program, Peer Circles helps improve the practice of kinesiology through facilitator-guided peer learning and discussions.

Annual Renewal

The 2023 Annual Renewal starts from July 1 to Aug. 31. All kinesiologists, whether registered in the General or Inactive Glass, must renew by Aug. 31, 2023. Registrants who renew after Aug. 31 will be subject to a late fee and fee increase.
