"As of April 1, 2022, all CRPA, CRPA-Provisional and Upgrade to CRPA applicants, including CRPA renewals, will need to submit 4-hours of approved Medication Supported Recovery training with their online certification application (Certemy).

If you started an application prior to April 1, you will still need to upload an MSR training certificate into your application even if the system doesn't ask for it.

This requirement was previously only for CARC, but MSR has become an increasingly important recovery pathway and training is important for all of NYCB's certified professionals."

as one of the multiple pathways of recovery, and there's no change to the status of currently approved medication trainings."
