The Encinitas Chamber of Commerce, through the Rising Star program, is committed to fostering educational initiatives that prepare students for successful careers. Principal Cara Dolnik of San Dieguito High School Academy invites you to partner with local schools in supporting Career Technical Pathways (CTE) programs. FREE OPPORTUNITY - SOCAL WORKFORCE PROGRAM

As part of our ongoing educational initiatives, we are excited to announce that the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce has joined other chambers and business organizations in creating SOCAL (Student Opportunities for Career Awareness and Learning). This program is designed to promote career awareness for young adults across San Diego County.

Through SOCAL and a grant from San Diego/Imperial County Community College Consortium, we are offering our members the free opportunity to participate by highlighting a high-demand

occupation within your organization through a 3-minute video. These videos will be used to encourage career exploration and awareness, and you will also be able to use them for your own recruiting and marketing efforts. Filming will take no more than an hour, and our team will ensure that the process is smooth and comfortable.

We look forward to your involvement in this exciting program!
