Roueida “Roudi” Hobeika Matin has been on the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 5 years and leads the Business and Economic Development and Health & Wellness Committees.
She is known for her expertise in foot wellness as the owner of Foot Solutions in Encinitas since 2016. But you may know her as a fascinating and active member who has brought so much to our local community, who often buzzes around town on her e-bike and plays a mean game of pickleball.
Born in Beirut and raised in Istanbul, Roudi studied Political and Administrative Sciences with a focus on Sociology of the Organization. She has two teenage sons, Shayan and Rayan.
After a successful 30-year career for international fashion brands, she shifted to a more personal business approach by purchasing Foot Solutions. Her mission is to help customers align their bodies by recommending the right shoes and orthotics.

She believes that shopping locally is vital for stimulating the local economy and supporting community development. She encourages business owners to get involved in the community and go out and meet their neighbors and, join the Chamber of course, just as she did – as it has made a huge difference in her business, her outlook and her connection to Encinitas. | |
