WELCOME NEW MEMBER RETREAD

In 2023, Retread was established by its sister organization, Green Oak Ranch Ministries (greenoakranch.org) to address the growing issues of homelessness and affordable housing in San Diego County. March 4th, 2024 marks the opening day of the Buena Creek Navigation Center, a collaborative effort between Retread Housing Services, the City of Vista and the City of Encinitas. The Navigation Center is a low barrier, housing first opportunity designed to provide emergency shelter for our unhoused neighbors. We are incredibly excited to welcome individuals, couples and pets into our 48 bed, semi congregate Navigation Center. Retread provides wrap around services including three meals a day, case management, housing navigation, connection to social services, life skills, and so much more.
