The City of Encinitas held three community meetings to discuss Safety and Mobility Improvements near Housing Element sites throughout the city. Three separate zones were reviewed. Zone 1 for Leucadia, Zone 2 for Old Encinitas and Zone 3 for Cardiff, New Encinitas and Olivenhain. The PowerPoint presentations for each zone, and community feedback forms are available on the city’s website.

They currently have a pool of 50+ trained and vetted IT job seekers for whom the Workforce Partnership can provide on-the-job training funds for 50% of an employee's salary reimbursement for up to 6 months. The Employee Retention Tax Credit program (ERTC) is a federal program created by Congress in the CARES Act which provides qualifying business owners tax refunds of up to $26,000 per W-2 employee.
