This free, public event, in partnership with the City of Encinitas, is an opportunity the community to learn about living a healthier life.
Running from 10 am – 2 pm, the expected 300+ attendees can discover 40+ exhibitors offering information on everything from fitness, nutrition, medical, naturopathic, spa, healing, and more. They can also experience several health & wellness workshops.

West Coast Martial Arts Ribbon Cutting | |
Established in 2003, West Coast Martial Arts Academy has served the men, women, and children of Encinitas and surrounding North County Communities offering self-defense classes, safety and bully-proofing seminars, school enrichment, character development, and martial arts training for all ages.
In keeping with Kung Fu tradition passed through generations, West Coast Martial Arts Academy's Demo Team youth will perform the Lion Dance Ceremony thus "Preserving the Past by Securing the Future."
A Special Seminar taught by Sifu Giuseppe Aliotta will commence after the Lion Dance Ceremony.
