TIP OF THE WEEK:

Defense Wins Championships (When It's Done Right)!

Having a great defense leads to easy offensive opportunities, defensive rebounds, and turnovers. It doesn't matter if you're a pressing team that forces more turnovers or have a pack-line system of defense that forces contested outside shots and defensive rebounds.

Playing great defense will lead to a better offense for your team. Watch this video to learn how you can better your man-to-man defense.
