Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Congratulations to the graduates, the Class of 2021!

You persisted through one of the toughest senior years ever, and we could not be more proud. And to the delighted parents, high fives all around!

THIS WEEK! As part of their programs and services to support mental health, the San Mateo County Office of Education is offering The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)®, a course for parents/caregivers (Part 1: June 2; Part 2: June 9, Online)

This free, two-part training will focus on the six CRM® wellness skills, as well as the neuroscience behind the model. The workshops are designed to reset the nervous system by bringing the body, mind, and spirit into greater balance.

Attendees are encouraged to attend both trainings, as Part 1 and Part 2 will each focus on three of the CRM wellness skills
