Dance Program by Fred Astaire Dance Studios

Enjoy ballroom and latin dance styles and beginner-friendly instruction. Learn social dance fundamentals. Available for adults of all ages. No prior experience required. Open to individuals and couples.

Pilates 2 Restore

Saturdays | 11 am- 12:30 pm

This Mat Pilates class focuses on core strength, mobility and posture through mindful, controlled movement. The session concludes with a brief moment of reflection and relaxation, fostering connection and a welcoming Pilates community. All levels welcome. For adults 18 and over.

Yoga with Lucia

Mondays, Wednesdays, Sundays | 9 am - 10 am

Unroll your mat and join us for a session designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and find your flow. Bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. $15 per class.

Steam Summer Camp 2026

Ages 4-9
