🏆 Nominate for the 2023 NYS

Tourism Excellence Awards!

Fellow NYSTIA colleagues,

I am excited to be on the Tourism Excellence Awards Committee where we highlight and recognize your hard work throughout the year! We have a great year ahead for New York State Tourism and we are excited to learn more about what you have done at your locations. Recognizing this state for all it contributes to the tourism industry is triumphant and inspiring. From campaigns, creative strategies, and new development please help us recognize your fellow colleagues.

We look to you to nominate an organization, leader, or partner in your community whose proven that hard work has paid off. Let’s recognize someone or a destination for all the work they put into creating New York State as a premier tourism destination. This committee is dedicated to streamlining the process by reading through every submission and making the most deserving decision. Nominating only takes a few minutes, but the impact of recognition will last a lifetime.

There’s no better way to cheer our state on in all its beauty, activities, sights, and gastronomy we have to offer than to recognize them through the New York State Tourism Excellence Awards!

"Thank You, to Jennifer Ackerson!" - Note from NYSTC23 Student Attendee

"I wanted to touch base with you since it's been about a week since the conference. Words cannot express enough how helpful you were during those two days. Having someone as kind and as fun as you was the best introduction into the tourism industry I could have hoped for. I'm excited to have your advice, accepting opportunities as they come, following me into the rest of my college career and forward. Thank you for taking the time to help us network, thank you for the words of encouragement, and thank you most importantly for making it as daunting as it first seemed."

- Ryleigh, NYSTC23 student attendee

Paul Smith's College
