Helping individuals with more significant behavioral support needs to reach their employment goals can be challenging. Come to learn and to share as we all work to bring positive behavioral supports into the workplace. 

Chris White, the executive director of Road to Responsibility, Inc., has been a leader in informing the DDS community about this important initiative. He and his colleagues will provide an overview of positive behavioral supports, and specifically, how these intervention strategies can be applied in the workplace. Examples and individual stories will be shared, and attendees will engage in discussion and seek advice and recommendations.
