Join us to explore how to create a positive, productive workplace culture. This training will cover key elements of workplace culture, including communication practices and strategies to enhance teamwork, employee morale, and overall well-being.  

Space is limited, and the registration fee includes a team of up to three participants for the series.

Webinar: Leveraging USPS Services to Boost Head Start Recruitment

New Director Mentor Initiative


The National Center for Program Management and Fiscal Operations (PMFO) is pleased to offer a unique opportunity for new Head Start directors to expand their knowledge and practice, enhance their networks and improve performance and career development through a one-year mentor-mentee relationship with an effective and experienced Head Start director.


The 2025 New Director Mentor Initiative will kick off with a Live Learning Event that will be delivered IN-PERSON from March 4-6, 2025, on the UCLA campus. Attendance at the Live Learning Event is compulsory.


WHO SHOULD APPLY

New Early Head Start or Head Start Directors who have been in their position for less than 3 years.

HEAD START DIRECTORS CHOSEN MUST COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWING:

* Attend the Live Learning Event Kick-Off from March 4-6, 2025, in Los Angeles, CA.
