Thank you!
to the MPL Friends & Foundation and to everyone who made the 17th Annual Chocolate & Wine (Drive-Thru) Benefit such a success on Saturday, February 26. The contributions of over 20 wine donors, more than 50 professional and private donors of treats, generous sponsors, and countless contributors, supporters, participants, and tireless volunteers made this happen!

More than $15,000 was raised to support MPL’s programs and collections, while increasing awareness across the Peninsula about California’s First Public Library and all it means to the community that relies on it today. And this year’s Benefit was also the capstone fundraiser for the 18-month Monterey Learns! Campaign launched in 2020.
