1.TODAY! The NH Senate Commerce Committee is holding a public hearing today, February 8th at 1 PM on SB6, the "Safe Harbor" bill for NH businesses . You can sign up below to support the bill! This is the bill that provides legal protection against coronavirus-related liability for businesses who are acting in good faith following federal and state health guidelines. GMSVCC strongly encourages you to sign up in support of this bill. You do not need to sign in to speak unless they want to; just signing in support will show the committee how important this is for NH businesses.

If you haven’t already, please sign in support for SB63 by following these directions. Although the directions are long, it should take less than 3 minutes.

  • Everyone over 5 is required to wear a mask or cloth face covering over their noses and mouths any time they are in public spaces — indoors or outdoors — if they can’t stay at least six feet from people “outside their own households.” On Jan. 15, 2021,  Emergency Order #74 , was extended and the statewide mask mandate will run through March 26, 2021
