How will you participate in the Great Turning?

Starting February 4, 2024, we will enter the Emerald Wood Dragon Year and Period 9, which is associated with the Fire element (九运, Jiu Yun). This transition marks a significant shift in energy that will unfold over the next 20 years. During this deep Winter season, it is IMPORTANT to acknowledge and honor the endings of the previous Period 8 (the past) in order to effectively embrace and connect with the new beginning of Period 9 (the future). This cycle represents a rebirth of Fire and Light, bringing forth new visions and opportunities into our lives.

During the past four years, our world has undergone significant changes and transformations. In order to actively engage in this period of immense transition, it is essential for us to tap into our inner lights. Master Liu He recognizes the importance of this and is offering a FREE 60-minute Winter Solstice class. This session aims to ignite our inner light and provide guidance during times of darkness.

Infinite Life: Cycles of Birth and Death

For most people death is considered the end of life. The teachings of Buddhism and Daoism view death as a rebirth. In this lecture and qigong practice, Master Liu He will bring insight into how we can face death with acceptance for ourselves and others.

Master Liu He was recently invited by the FFAEMC (Fédération Française des Arts Energétiques et Martiaux Chinois) to present during a Qigong & Daoist Wisdom conference on the topic of cancer.Certain hours and days of the year are important for boosting your "Qi Army" (defense) to control and eliminate negative Qi, emotions, and abnormal cells. She also discussed nutrition and self-massage on the Three Wonderful acupuncture points.  This is a 2 hour class with a special tuition of $39.

There are NINE (9) Stars within the Great Dipper constellation. Each of these STARS are associated with a specific Trigram and influenced by a particular STAR during a 20-year cycle. From 2024 to 2044, we are in the period of the 9th Star, known as the FIRE STAR. Each Star has a significant influence on our astrology and can greatly impact our lives.

During the workshop, we will focus on the following practices:

1. Lighting up the NINE (9) Great Dipper Star Lanterns within our bodies.

2. Understanding the formation of the Nine (9) Great Dipper Stars through the Three (3) secrets: Mudras, Mantras, and Mind.

3. Embark on a journey through space, walking within the Great Dipper.

This Qi Zoom class is scheduled on the last day of the Rabbit Year (February 3rd) and the first day of the Dragon (February 4th). It is an auspicious time to kick off the Year of the Dragon AND the next 20 years.
