Spotlight on Amazing Hartwood Employees
2021 Manager of the Year (pictured standing) Andrea Olds
Congratulations to Andrea Olds! Andrea offers her talents as our Evening Shift Supervisor for our Duck Blind Ct. group home in Henrico. Andrea started with Hartwood in November of 2015 as a Direct Support Professional before being promoted into her current position in December 2018. Andrea does a great job keeping her staff well motivated. She does an outstanding job researching and coordinating events, activities and opportunities for the individuals residing at Duck Blind to thoroughly enjoy life in the community.

ο»ΏSeated beside Andrea is Ann Olivis. Ann received a Certificate of Achievement for her incredible personal growth and self-advocacy during the year.
2021 Professional of the Year: Misti Washington Misti started with Hartwood in May 2019 as the Evening Shift Supervisor for our Long Pine Dr. group home before being promoted to Assistant Team Leader in September of last year. We appreciate Misti for many reasons including her calm demeanor and collaborative spirit. Her affinity for her staff and the individuals we support make her a valuable asset to the organization. Congratulations Misti!
2021 Employee of the Year: Emma Adjare
Emma started with Hartwood in September of 2017 as a Direct Support Professional and continues to do a wonderful job in that position. She is hard-working, has great rapport with our individuals and is extremely flexible. Emma is often filling vacant staff shifts in multiple homes without missing a beat. Congratulations Emma!

Jax Y3 Cabernet Sauvignon
