2021 Jax Y3 Sauvignon Blanc
Single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc fermented in concrete and aged in neutral oak. Crisp, clean citrus, bright acidity and mineral mingle with tropical lemon blossom and white peach.
Jax Y3 Cabernet Sauvignon
Hand harvested Cabernet Sauvignon from both Napa and Sonoma counties. Fermented in concrete and aged in French oak for 22 months. Ripe blackberries, currents and hints of spice combine with black cherry, cocoa and hints of cedar. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
VIX 2018 Reserve Tempranillo
One of the most popular wine grapes in Spain, this example is a proud exclusive of Vienna Vintner! Grown in Western Paso Robles, this 100% Tempranillo was aged for 3 full years in 100% new French oak. Similar to a Gran Reserva Rioja with a little more fruit and a little more oak. Medium full with beautiful integration of blue fruits, delicate vanilla and woodsy cedary tones.
