On September 8th, the FPA of Michigan Career Development Committee will be hosting their 3rd Annual Student Success Golf Outing at Forest Akers Golf Course in East Lansing. Forest Akers Golf Courses are recognized as two of the best public golf courses in the state of Michigan and home to the Big Ten champion Michigan State University Men’s and Women’s Golf Team.

Participating in the golf outing offers more than just a chance to escape the office for a round of golf and connect with colleagues. It serves a dual purpose by contributing to the FPA of Michigan Student Scholarship Program's fundraising efforts. Over the course of our scholarship program's existence, we have already awarded scholarships totaling an impressive sum of over $18,000 to deserving students. And it's worth noting that we extend invitations to financial planning students from several universities, potentially offering you the chance to identify your next valuable addition to the team.

Should you be unable to attend this year's event, you might want to explore the possibility of becoming a sponsor. We offer various sponsorship opportunities, including the option to sponsor a student's participation in the golf event. To learn more about the specifics of our sponsorship packages, please click here. If you're ready to proceed with registering to golf or sponsorship, click here to secure your spot.

For more event details, see below. If you have questions, you can contact Mary at info@fpami.com or 248.330.7757.

We hope you consider joining us this year!
