This year's Shift Fair with Lisa Williams had to be postponed until next year.
But we are offering something pretty special on that same weekend....keep on reading!!!

Saturday April 25th and Sunday April 26th
Don't miss this virtual wellness summit; a collaboration between the Institute of Spiritual Development and the Light of Heart Sanctuary
During these challenging times, we wanted to do something to help. This summit brings together eight upstate holistic practitioners to offer YOU methods for dealing with anxiety, fear, grief, and uncertainty.

Participants join via Live FB stream or through Zoom link. They can come in and out of the sessions, as needed; they see the presenters but are not seen. Many of the one-hour segments are experiential, for example you won’t be learning about Emotional Freedom Technique, you will be practicing it. The same for sound healing, guided meditations, hypnosis, inspirational writing, chronic pain relief, and yoga.

Other segments will help people find meaning in the chaos. The Rev. Kathy Kerston, a renowned astrologer and the pastor and director at ISD Sparta and, will share a startling truth about our planet’s alignment and what it means for our country. Rev. Diana Friedell, co-director of ISD – Oneonta, will share evidence that our Spirit loved ones continue on, for all those grieving or fearing the loss of a loved one.
Sunday will conclude with ISD’s metaphysical church service, with a virtual healing bowl, live music, and Dr. Petry’s homily, “Fall in love and let it teach you about life.”
The Summit is offered as a Zoom Webinar and will simultaneously go Live on Facebook. To register or for more information:

The Joy of Little Things

It's good the great green earth to roam,
Where sights of awe the soul inspire;
But oh, it's best, the coming home,
The crackle of one's own hearth-fire!
You've hob-nobbed with the solemn Past;
You've seen the pageantry of kings;
Yet oh, how sweet to gain at last
The peace and rest of Little Things!

Perhaps you're counted with the Great;
You strain and strive with mighty men;
Your hand is on the helm of State;
Colossus-like you stride . . . and then
There comes a pause, a shining hour,
A dog that leaps, a hand that clings:
O Titan, turn from pomp and power;
Give all your heart to Little Things.

Go couch you childwise in the grass,
Believing it's some jungle strange,
Where mighty monsters peer and pass,
Where beetles roam and spiders range.
'Mid gloom and gleam of leaf and blade,
What dragons rasp their painted wings!
O magic world of shine and shade!
O beauty land of Little Things!

I sometimes wonder, after all,
Amid this tangled web of fate,
If what is great may not be small,
And what is small may not be great.
So wondering I go my way,
Yet in my heart contentment sings . . .
O may I ever see, I pray,
God's grace and love in Little Things.

So give to me, I only beg,
A little roof to call my own,
A little cider in the keg,
A little meat upon the bone;
A little garden by the sea,
A little boat that dips and swings . . .
Take wealth, take fame, but leave to me,
O Lord of Life, just Little Thing
---Robert William Servic e

Don't forget to join us every day at 5pm as we pause to pray and send our healing energies where they are most needed right now

Calling all ISD Energy Healers and Prayer Warriors

A message from Jo Ann Wormuth:
Our thoughts have great power. When we focus those thoughts in a group consciousness with a singular intention, miracles will happen.
As Director of the ISD Healing Program, I am seeking volunteers to come together as a family with a daily healing and prayer.
We will set an intention to transmute COVID 19 worldwide, pray for the well-being of our dear Mother Earth, and send healing to our friends and family members.
Each day at 5 PM EST, we will pause for about 10 minutes and meditate and pray with the intention of sending healing energy to all.
You do not have to be present each day. Requests for healing or suggestions should be submitted at the below ISD website l ink:
