INTRODUCING REMOTE IRRIGATION CONTROL

Water costs and labor rates are skyrocketing but technology is improving to help offset those costs. Managing landscape irrigation is complicated and increasing water and labor costs has Pacific Landscape Maintenance focused on all aspects of water conservation and efficiency savings to minimize the cost impact to our customers. 

Our partnership with Weathermatic Irrigation has helped us manage water through their Smartlink Weather Based Subscription program. This year they are offering a new, significantly reduced cost Remote Access subscription that we are adopting as a basic part of our irrigation Maintenance program.

Pacific Landscape Maintenance was able to leverage its partnership with Weathermatic to negotiate a reduced subscription service and rate for a new remote access controller. This rate is only $30.00 or $40.00 per controller, per month, based on size, for this service vs $55.00 to $70.00 per month for the full Smartlink Weather-Based control subscription.  

We are passing this savings on to you, our customer, and absorbing a significant portion of the cost of the subscription rate for this newly created Remote Access Subscription program. It will slightly increase our monthly service cost, but when we considered the value to our customers and the improved efficiency, we decided to add it to our maintenance program for most controllers that are not already on a remote access or weather-based controller. You get a new controller valued at $500-$1,000 guaranteed for life with no upfront cost!
