We invite you, along with a small group of your peers from Texas, to join NISC Member Value Consultant Jenna Houchins for two virtual sessions. Jenna will teach you about the feature through scenario-based use cases, guide you through setting it up in your own system, and train you to use it going forward. The goal is to walk away from the sessions with the feature implemented and you gain the benefits!

Who Should Attend?

Those employees responsible for maintaining rate schedules and revenue classes, an employee with a knowledge of billing processes, and whoever references the Month-End Sales Report.

Before You Enroll:

What are the prerequisites?

  • Ensure you can update the following screens:
    • iVUE Service > Administration > General > Revenue Class
    • iVUE Service > Administration > General > Miscellaneous Options
  • Ensure you can run the following reports:
    • iVUE Service > Reports > Administrative Billing > Rate Schedule Validation
    • iVUE Service > Reports > Customer Management > Rate Schedule Differences
  • Bring up to 3 Residential and 3 Commercial rates on the same Revenue Class to perform setup during the session.

What do we ask of you during the session?

  • Commitment to attend, engage and learn.
  • Commitment to perform your setup in your system during the session.

What is your commitment effort?

  • Session 1: Setup—Aug. 29th 10 a.m. CT – 1-hour session
  • Session 2: Cleanup & Reporting—Aug. 30th 10 a.m. CT – 1-hour session
