The Fort Lauderdale Police Department Animal Crimes Unit stopped by Abandoned Pet Rescue to donate supplies, lend a helping hand, and learn about our mission as a no-kill shelter. They even brought their hard-working K9s along for a visit, which made everyone’s day. Thank you to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department for supporting pets in need and for protecting and serving our community this Animal Rights Day. | |

Meet Wonder Woman, a brave and loving mama who truly lives up to her name. Left at our front door with her five babies, she cared for them with incredible devotion. All of her kittens have found their forever homes, and now it’s her turn. Wonder Woman gets along well with cats and dogs, loves human affection, and has a gentle, resilient spirit. She is ready to finally be cherished and showered with the love she deserves. | |
