Notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Alberni Valley Chamber of Commerce will be held on Wednesday June 14th from 12:00- 1:30pm, at the Best Western Barclay Hotel Arrowsmith Room at 4277 Stamp Ave, Port Alberni, BC.
The AGM will be held for the following reasons:
- To approve the Minutes of the AGM conducted on June 15, 2022
- To present the audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2022
- To appoint the Auditor for the year ending December 31, 2023
- To receive the Election Report of the Nominations Committee
- To receive the Reports of the President of the Board of Directors and the CEO
