Kings Theatre Presents....
|
|
Don't miss Kings Theatre's production of
The Curious Savage
. It is a comedic play about an elderly woman whose husband recently died and left her a large sum of money.
She intends to give the entire fortune away to people who wish to pursue their “foolish dreams,” but her stepchildren strongly object and commit her to a sanatorium.
The Curious Savage
is a warm comedy that compares the kindness and loyalty of psychiatric patients with the greed and hostility of so-called “normal people.”
Seats are limited for this intimate "blackbox" style performance.

Kings Violinist in All-State Orchestra
|
|
Jenna Millecker
has been selected to join the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) All-State Orchestra. She is the first violinist from Kings to ever make it into this prestigious group. The process for making it into All-State Orchestra involves an audition and acceptance into the regional orchestra. Since she is a member of the Southwest Region Orchestra and seated high in her section, she was invited to participate and re-audition in All-State Orchestra.
Jenna, along with
Keegan FitzGerald, Renee Perpignan
, and
Olivia Gatto
were accepted into this year's Southwest Region Orchestra. Over one hundred fine musicians auditioned for this opportunity and these four gathered with the other lucky high-level musicians to perform on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Fairfield HIgh School.
Congratulations!
