Lake County, CA (March 12, 2021) — Last week, I reported the State was expecting to implement changes to their Blueprint for a Safer Economy Framework once we hit 2 million doses administered in California’s most vulnerable communities. Changes will include expansion of the Red Tier to 10 cases per 100,000, up from 7. At last report (Wednesday, 3/10), we had reached 1.93 million doses in communities in the lowest 25% of the California Healthy Places Index. An announcement we have eclipsed 2 million may come as soon as today.
