Jason Casco is a land investor based in Fort Worth, Texas, specializing in subdivides — buying larger rural tracts and splitting them into the smaller parcels buyers are actually looking for.

He built a data platform that grades more than 1,400 U.S. county markets for subdivide profitability, and he shares those tools with members of the Land Investors Coalition, a private community of land investors.

Jason is also an experienced Infinite Banking practitioner and the author of "Infinite Banking for Land Investors," a book about keeping deal capital working between deals. He has appeared on the Dirt Road to Wealth and Real Talk with Reside Real Estate podcasts.
