Our first brew in 2025 will be an attempt at a low or non-alcohol beer, depending on how it turns out. Despite several vastly improved methods for commercial breweries, there are still some challenges for the home brewer to overcome. We have begun chronicling our progress in our ongoing blog. 🤞

Meet Our New Hops

Alora(TM) - Peach, apricot, yuzu fruit, and sweet melon.

BRU-1(TM) - Pineapple, pear, apple & fresh cut grass when used for whirlpool & dry hop.

Idaho 7 - Piney, tropical, fruity, citrusy, earthy, and floral flavors and aromas.

Lotus(TM) - Orange & vanilla followed by notes of candied grape & tropical fruit aromas.

Motueka - Bold aroma of of lemon, lime and tropical fruits.

Riwaka(TM) - Strong notes of citrusy grapefruit and kumquat.

Sabro(TM) - Tangerine, coconut, tropical & stone fruit aroma, hint of cedar, mint, & cream.

Saphir - Citrus & tangerine aroma, hint of spice; great in Belgians, Wheats & Witbiers.

Sultana(TM) - Rich pineapple, citrus, & pine flavors, though it can often come off as spicy.

Superdelic - Flavors and aromas of red fruit, candy, citrus, and tropical fruit.

Tradition - Classic “hoppy” character with floral, earthy, and new-mown hay notes.

Wai-iti - Notes of lime, lemon & mandarin oranges great for Pale, IPA or Wheat brew.
