HOW TO REVIEW
YOUR LISTING INVENTORY
You can view your complete listing inventory directly in the “My Listings” screen. By using the search filters in the top white navigation bar, you can quickly switch between your active and off-market listings. These search filters look like the filters from the search map but will only search through your inventory when in the “My Listings” screen.

First, log in to your CBA account at www.commercialmls.com with your Agent ID and Password, and then navigate to “My Listings” in the upper left-hand corner. Click on Welcome> My Sale/Lease Listings.
Once in the “My Listings” screen, you will see your active listing inventory.

To view your off-market listings, click on the “Type” filter to select sold/lease, withdrawn or expired, and deselect active and/or hold status types. You can also apply additional filters to narrow your results (e.g. date range found under “more”). 
DON'T FORGET!
To gain full access to all of CBA’s listings, features, and services, you must first log in to CBA at www.commercialmls.com with your Agent ID and Password.
Once you have logged in to commercialmls.com, you can then navigate to the dashboard for searching and listing management. Some members have saved direct links to the new Catylist-powered platform, skipping the commercialmls.com log-in step. Please note, CBA members do not have a direct login for Catylist.
